Nutrition Tactics Talks
In Nutrition Tactics Talks, we’ll casually discuss a topic. For example, we’ll discuss if we drink coffee, how much, what type, and why. And of course, we’ll discuss some of the science on the topic: is there evidence that it’s healthy, performance-enhancing, impacts metabolism, or maybe there are some detrimental effects we should be aware of?
The main aim of the show is to be a good mix of entertaining, informative, and easy to follow. We’ll be joking around, give an overview of the science keep it simple and applicable for daily practice. Of course, we’ll be interacting with chat, so hit us with your jokes, burns, concerns and questions!
